Refund Policy

1. Free Tier — Always Available

Abu Terminal has a generous free tier. You can play the Daily Scene, access 3 demo scenes, and use the leaderboard without paying anything. We encourage you to try the free tier before subscribing.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid tier (Trader or Master) and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

• Or contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
• Your data (scores, progress, archetype) is preserved — it's stored locally
• No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel but the remaining months are not refunded. The subscription simply does not renew.

5. Renewal Refunds

If your subscription auto-renewed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal period.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5-10 business days.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• The request is made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
• The account was used to violate our Terms of Service
• Multiple refund requests are made in bad faith
