1. Introduction

Welcome to Abu Terminal ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Abu Terminal IS:

• A financial education platform
• A market replay simulator
• A simulation and paper trading environment
• An educational game

Abu Terminal is NOT:

• A licensed investment advisor
• A portfolio manager
• A broker-dealer
• A financial institution

3. No Financial Advice

All content, including BUY/SELL/HOLD signals, scores, ratings, market analysis, and AI-generated insights, is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Virtual Money Only

All trading on Abu Terminal uses virtual currency. No real money is at risk. No real trades are executed. No custody of user funds occurs at any point.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid tiers (Trader, Master) are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, VAT/tax compliance, and billing. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your Paddle account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period

6. User Accounts

You may use the Platform anonymously (Free tier) or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform
• Use automated tools to generate excessive API requests
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code is owned by Abu Terminal. Historical market data is used for educational purposes under fair use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Abu Terminal is provided "AS IS" without warranty. We are not liable for any trading decisions you make based on information from this Platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
