Abu Terminal drops you into real market moments and asks what you would have done — then shows you what actually happened next. Forty-six years of them, from the 1980s to today.
It's a game. We're not going to tell you it'll make you a better trader; we'd rather show you something and let you decide what it was worth. What we will tell you is the part we control: every price you see is one we hold in the archive, and where we don't hold one, the game says so instead of making it up.
What we do
Abu Terminal is a game built on recorded market history. In each scenario you decide what you would have done at a real moment — a crash, a rally, an earnings shock — and the game then shows you the prices that actually followed, with a short note on what happened and why.
That note is context, not instruction. We are not competing with trading courses and we are not offering an alternative to one. Whether you take anything useful out of a run is up to you; we do not claim to have put it there.
The loop is simple: Play a scenario, Choose what you would have done, See what actually followed, Understand the forces behind it, and Try again with a different choice.
Three things describe the whole product. Play history — experience major market events interactively rather than reading about them. Choose and see — make a virtual decision and immediately see its consequence and the context around it. No real money — play without trading or risking actual capital.
Abu Terminal does not study you. It does not build behavioural, psychological or investment profiles from how you play, and it does not use your gameplay history to predict what you would do with real money. It remembers your progress through the game — the runs you finished, the badges you unlocked — and nothing more about you than that.

Who's behind it
Abu Terminal is an independent project founded and owned by Jimmy Abu Issa in Israel. Jimmy does not hold professional licenses or formal qualifications in investment advice, brokerage, market analysis, or software development. He created the project as an independent learner, using modern software and AI-assisted tools to turn a personal interest in market behavior and disciplined decision-making into a practical simulator. Jimmy remains responsible for the product's direction, editorial choices, and corrections.
The project started from a simple frustration: market history is told as a story after the fact, when the interesting part is what it felt like to decide inside it, without knowing what came next. Abu Terminal exists to put people back inside those moments. Whether that turns out to be useful, entertaining, or neither is genuinely up to the player — it is not a claim we make.

How we make money
Abu Terminal is free to use, and it has never earned any money. There is no advertising, no paid tier and no payment surface enabled; the project has never received a payment from anyone. Its hosting, domain and data costs are paid personally by its founder.
If that ever changes — a paid tier, or a way to support the project — it will be announced here first, and the core game will stay free. We will never sell your data or run intrusive advertising.
What we are not
Abu Terminal is not a financial advisor. Nothing in this application constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All scenarios use historical data for general information only. Past performance does not indicate future results.
