In-app feedback
The fastest way to share feedback is through the built-in feedback widget inside the Abu Terminal application. Navigate to Settings and look for the feedback section. You can select a category, provide a rating, and write a detailed message. Feedback submitted this way goes directly to our development queue.
What we can help with
- Technical issues or bugs in the application
- Account access problems (login, magic link, authentication)
- Questions about features, simulations, or content
- Privacy and data-related requests (access, deletion, export)
- Partnership or collaboration inquiries

- Suggestions for new features or improvements
What we cannot help with
- Financial advice — Abu Terminal is a historical market simulator — a game — and we cannot provide personalized financial or investment advice.
- Trading signals or recommendations — We do not offer trading signals, stock picks, or investment recommendations.
- Brokerage or account management — We do not connect to real brokerage accounts or manage real money.
Response times
Abu Terminal is independently operated. Jimmy reviews messages personally and gives priority to privacy and account-access requests. Response times vary, so no fixed turnaround is promised.
Support the project
Abu Terminal is free and independently developed. Voluntary financial support is not open at the moment — there is no donation link to click and no payment is accepted. When that changes, the Support Terms will describe exactly what a payment is and is not, before anything can be sent.
What does help today is spreading the word: share Abu Terminal with traders, students or educators who might get something out of it.
