We maintain three email addresses, each for a different purpose:
- support@abu-terminal.com — Technical support, bug reports, account issues, and general help requests.
- hello@abu-terminal.com — General inquiries, partnership proposals, press requests, and anything else that does not fit the other categories.
- privacy@abu-terminal.com — Privacy-related requests including data access, data deletion, data export, and questions about our privacy practices.
In-app feedback
The fastest way to share feedback is through the built-in feedback widget inside the Abu Terminal application. Navigate to Settings and look for the feedback section. You can select a category, provide a rating, and write a detailed message. Feedback submitted this way goes directly to our development queue.
What we can help with
- Technical issues or bugs in the application
- Account access problems (login, magic link, authentication)
- Questions about features, simulations, or educational content
- Privacy and data-related requests (access, deletion, export)
- Partnership or collaboration inquiries
- Press or media requests
- Suggestions for new features or improvements
What we cannot help with
- Financial advice — Abu Terminal is an educational simulator and we cannot provide personalized financial or investment advice.
- Trading signals or recommendations — We do not offer trading signals, stock picks, or investment recommendations.
- Brokerage or account management — We do not connect to real brokerage accounts or manage real money.
Response times
We are a small team and aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Privacy-related requests are prioritized and typically handled within 24 hours. During busy periods, response times may be longer, but we read every message.
